About This Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as the Divisional Head of Sales. You will be responsible for leading our sales operations and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including specifiers, architects, mechanical engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier/customer relationships to optimize performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate qualification

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
