Job Description:
This role involves supporting the office operations team at AVANTGARDE LOGISTICS & MULTI SERVICES LTD by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating appointments and meetings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office files and documents.
- Handle all incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently with minimal disruption.
Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Requirements:
- OND in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
