About the Role:
As a key member of our team at AVANTGARDE LOGISTICS & MULTI SERVICES LTD, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure seamless office operations. This includes managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating appointments and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize office files and documents in a secure and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence with excellent communication skills.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings with minimal disruption.
Requirements and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent typing and data entry skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
Bonus Skills:
- A degree in Business Administration or related field is an added advantage.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
