We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Guard Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, and training security personnel to meet our company's standards. You will also conduct thorough background checks and vetting procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, select, and train security personnel to meet company standards
• Conduct thorough background checks and vetting procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to guard deployments and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with senior management to implement new policies and procedures as needed

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in security management or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
