Job Summary:

The role of the Spiritual Progress Director involves guiding the spiritual growth and development of the church. This includes leading discipleship programs, organizing spiritual retreats, and providing pastoral care. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and engaging the congregation in their spiritual journey.

Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and coordination of the Ministry and Maturity teams, developing plans, objectives, programs, and processes to support the mission of these teams.
• Oversee the growth, development, management, and expansion of the volunteer workforce, creating serving opportunities and deploying them to fill these positions.
• Develop and implement strategies, structures, systems, and processes to enable the all-round growth of team members, including departmental small groups and effective workforce management.
• Coordinate all activities of the Maturity and Ministry team, providing guidance and direction, and presiding at meetings, including yearly planning.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of subordinate offices, evaluating results and strategies to deliver on the objectives of the teams, and facilitating the submission of reports.
• Maintain and update the workforce database, discover, train, and deploy new members to serve in the church, and review and conduct periodic performance checks.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree recommended
• Minimum of 5-7 years' work experience, preferably in a similar environment and in a managerial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
• A committed born-again Christian, with a personal and active relationship with God, and excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mobilize and bring the best out of the team, and good supervisory, coaching, and mentoring skills
