Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Site Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural designs, coordinating construction activities on-site, and ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise architectural activities and ensure design accuracy during construction.
  • Interpret, review, and enforce architectural drawings, specifications, and detailing.
  • Collaborate with structural and MEP engineers to ensure design compatibility.
  • Prepare, review, and modify shop drawings, sketches, and 3D visualisations as needed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, material integrity, and adherence to design.
  • Identify and resolve design-related challenges promptly.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and approvals.
  • Provide design input and value engineering recommendations during construction.
  • Maintain documentation of progress reports, drawings, and site records.
  • Uphold safety, environmental, and design standards on all project sites.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Architecture from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and site supervision.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other rendering or visualisation tools.
  • Excellent understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and finishing standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Registration with ARCON or registration in progress is an advantage.
