Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks, recruitment activities, employee relations support, documentation, and HR operations. The role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job ads across platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with applicants.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist with documentation, filing, and organizing HR documents.
- Help respond to basic employee enquiries.
- Support HR in resolving minor employee issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn, high attention to detail, and professional attitude.
Desirable Skills (Optional but a Plus):
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic understanding of HR principles.
- Team player with problem-solving mindset.
