Position: Restaurant SAAS Sales Lead

Our client is a Tech Firm managing solutions designed to help food businesses simplify operations, increase efficiency, and scale revenue. They are seeking a high-performing Sales Lead to drive merchant acquisition and product penetration across Nigeria. If the qualities listed sound like you, we'd be happy to hear from you.

Who we are looking for

  • You have a strong network in the restaurant, hospitality, F&B supply, POS, or SaaS ecosystem
  • You are someone who communicates clearly, negotiate confidently, and can present convincingly to business owners.

Responsibilities

  • You will promote and sell the restaurant's ordering solution across Lagos and other regions.
  • You will develop new business opportunities among restaurants, cafés, quick-service outlets, and food chains.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and industry stakeholders.
  • You will conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for merchants.
  • You will drive the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → onboarding.
  • You will gather market insights and competitor intelligence to support strategy development.
  • You will work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, support) to ensure smooth merchant onboarding.
  • You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • You will prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in restaurant industry sales, F&B supply, POS technology, or SaaS.
  • Existing network or book of contacts in the restaurant/hospitality ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage relationships with business owners.
  • Highly efficient, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-first attitude and solution-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
