Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our food services to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by promoting Damal Kitchen's meals and services to walk-in and online customers.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calls, online marketing, and networking.
  • Assist in developing promotional strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales goals with kitchen capacity.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of social media sales and online customer engagement is a plus.
  • Must reside in or around Ologolo, Lekki.

Job Type: Full-time
