Job SummaryBranda is building the first true all-in-one branding platform, helping businesses execute their brand strategy through one trusted partner. Our services include web development, workspace design, general printing, digital marketing, PR, corporate gifting, and custom exhibition builds. We are seeking a results-driven business development manager to lead client acquisition, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and skilled in positioning Branda's creative solutions to decision-makers across industries. We're looking for an experienced, results-driven person to join our fully remote team. This is a high-impact, high-reward opportunity for a top performer who is ready to take their sales career to the next level.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver brand solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Meet).
- Self-driven and target-orientated professional.
- Strong passion for branding, marketing, and client growth.

Compensation & Benefits:
- ₦250,000 monthly base pay (performance-linked)
- Up to 5% commission per deal
- Monthly performance stipends
