Openings: 2 Business Development Managers per state in Nigeria

About the Role:

We are expanding and seeking Business Development Managers across all states in Nigeria to drive adoption of our Hotel Management Software. Successful candidates will report directly to the Marketing Manager at our Lekki Head Office.

Responsibilities:


• Promote and sell our hotel management software to hotels, guest houses, and resorts


• Build and maintain long-term client relationships


• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality sector


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Provide regular reports and feedback to the Head Office Marketing Manager

Requirements:


• Proven experience in sales or business development (tech or hospitality industry experience is an advantage)


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies


• Must reside in Nigeria

Compensation:


• Monthly Salary: ₦90,000


• Plus: Allowances and performance-based commissions
