Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lagos with some flexibility for remote work. The Technical Sales Officer will engage with healthcare providers to promote and sell advanced surgical solutions while building long-term client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth client onboarding process. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to optimize service offerings and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying client needs and crafting tailored solutions
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in providing Technical Support and conducting product demonstrations
  • Hands-on Laboratory Skills or medical equipment expertise would be beneficial
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or Business, is preferred
  • Experience in technical sales or the healthcare/medical technology industry is a plus
