Job Title: Supervisor

Job Location: Ikeja

Employment Type: Full-time

Company Benefits

Basic Salary: ₦75,000 (subject to review based on experience)

Bonuses: Daily and weekly performance-based bonuses (up to ₦20,000)

Phone Compensation: Airtime & data allowance

Training: Leadership, team management, and operational training, plus transport subsidies

Salary Review: Eligible for salary review after 3 months and again after 6 months

Year-End Bonus: Annual performance bonus for outstanding performance

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the team to ensure targets are met.
  • Monitor performance, provide guidance, and support team members to improve productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and operational standards.
  • Conduct team meetings, provide feedback, and motivate staff.
  • Review work output for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Identify training needs and support staff development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in team supervision, leadership, or management role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
