As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Managing Director and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in executive support and business administration.
This is a hybrid position and may require occasional travel or onsite work as directed. Exceptional recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Support business meetings and conversations with team members.
- Assist with basic HR functions as directed.
- Support the Managing Director's desk, calendar, schedules, travel itinerary, and professional visibility.
- Assist in monitoring the Managing Director's personal affairs and home by periodic visits as required to ensure orderliness and effective running, including vehicles and general equipment.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Maintain confidential and privileged information as directed.
- Assist in screening and managing incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in drafting and editing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Help maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Assist in research and gathering of information for decision-making.
- Support preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as directed.
- Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal team members.
- Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as expense reports, employee files, register, invoice processing, and office supply management.
- Assist in executing special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Support development and implementation of business plans and strategies under supervision.
- Assist in conducting research and analyzing data to support business decisions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant administrative or executive support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of business operations and project coordination.
