A Unit Manager i is responsible for
recruiting, training, and leading a team of Financial Advisors

driving sales performance

ensuring compliance

providing exceptional customer service
to achieve the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities of a Unit Manager
:

Team Recruitment and Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor new insurance agents or advisors.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Sales Supervision and Target Achievement

  • Set sales targets for the team and ensure goals are met.
  • Monitor team performance and provide motivation or corrective action when necessary.

Business Development

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track team productivity, prepare periodic performance reports, and present them to higher management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve strategies.

Customer Service Management

  • Ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

Compliance and Policy Enforcement

  • Ensure all agents follow company policies and insurance regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of policies sold and customer interactions.

Motivation and Leadership

  • Inspire and lead the team toward achieving individual and group goals.
  • Organize recognition and reward programs to maintain high morale.
