The role involves conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions and working independently without requiring guidance. Proficiency in Figma is essential. Responsibilities include developing user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, and conducting user testing and validation. You will ensure accurate design implementation, contribute to maintaining design systems and documentation, and prioritize creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences. 

Responsibilities

User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, gather insights, and
analyse user behaviour to inform design decisions.
Work Independently: Candidate must be able to work independently
without any handholding required.
Tool of Choice: Candidate must be proficient with Figma.
Conceptualization and Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, mock-ups,
and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and
stakeholders to understand requirements, provide design feedback, and
iterate on solution.
User Testing and Validation: Conduct user testing sessions, gather
feedback, and analyse data to refine and improve designs.
Design Implementation: Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are
implemented accurately and effectively.
Design Systems and Documentation: Contribute to developing and
maintaining design systems and documentation to ensure consistency and
efficiency.
User Focus: A strong understanding of user-centred design principles and a
passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
