Job Summary

The Product Designer is not just a maker of interfaces; you are a shaper of experiences. You turn human needs into elegant solutions, crafting digital and physical touchpoints that bring the company's ecosystem to life. You'll design with empathy and purpose, blending research, creativity, and collaboration to build products that feel intuitive, inclusive, and alive. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Creators to translate complex ideas into meaningful experiences, from checkout flows to creator dashboards to in-store touchpoints. With us, design is not decoration; it's direction. Every line, colour, and interaction has meaning. We're looking for a designer who cares about that meaning, who designs not just what things look like, but how they work, feel, and connect to the people who use them.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end product experiences across platforms (web, mobile, and in-store), ensuring usability, beauty, and brand coherence.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user needs and business requirements into thoughtful, scalable design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design intent effectively.
  • Work closely with the Strategy and Marketing teams to ensure product interfaces and experiences align with the overall brand story and growth goals.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all digital and physical experiences.
  • Translate data, feedback, and insight into design improvements and product refinements.
  • Collaborate on design for special projects, including the company's touchpoints, QR flows, and checkout experiences.
  • Advocate for accessibility, simplicity, and usability across all product and interface designs.
  • Stay up to date on design trends, technology, and tools; infusing fresh ideas into how the company's digital ecosystem evolves.

Requirements:

  • 4-6+ years of experience designing products in a digital-first environment (eCommerce, SaaS, consumer platforms, or similar).
  • Fluent in Figma and familiar with design systems, prototyping tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Notion, Miro, Jira).
  • Design with empathy, grounding your work in research, insight, and observation.
  • Strong grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and interface design.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments and collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Meticulous about detail but always mindful of the big picture.
  • Proactive, open to feedback, and passionate about growth and experimentation.
  • Care deeply about impact, how your designs make people feel, and how they shape the experience of the brand.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 500,000
