Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Aide, located in Lagos. The Administrative Aide will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing communication, handling clerical duties, and supporting executive administrative functions. The role requires managing phone calls, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in an educational consultancy or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
