Personal Assistant to the Head, Corporate Marketing Strategy

  • We are seeking a smart, highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Head of Corporate Marketing Strategy.
  • The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and daily workflow for the Head of Corporate Marketing Strategy
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client appointments
  • Prepare briefs, reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation
  • Support marketing project tracking, deadlines, and task coordination
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications
  • Assist in collating data and insights for marketing campaigns and strategic planning
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Sales, Digital, Creative, Admin) on behalf of the department head
  • Perform general administrative duties and support ongoing marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a PA, admin assistant, or project support staff
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
