About the Role

As the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens our brand presence across all channels ,digital, traditional, and experiential. You will oversee all facets of marketing, communications, and public relations while ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our business objectives and corporate values.

You will lead a dynamic team, manage strategic partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure marketing excellence that drives measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies that position the company as an industry leader.
  • Brand Management:
    Elevate and protect the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistent representation across all platforms and materials.
  • Campaign Oversight:
    Direct high-impact campaigns that drive audience engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Digital Strategy:
    Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, and online reputation management to enhance visibility and customer interaction.
  • Public Relations & Media Engagement:
    Build and nurture strong relationships with media houses, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure positive brand perception.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and communications team to achieve strategic objectives and sustain performance excellence.
  • Budget & Performance Management:
    Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring efficiency and high ROI across all initiatives.
  • Crisis & Reputation Management:
    Provide steady, strategic leadership during communication crises to safeguard brand integrity.
  • Executive Collaboration:
    Work closely with executive management to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategy and growth targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing large-scale marketing strategies and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and PR strategy.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
