Our client, a growing agri-tech company providing innovative solutions across the agricultural value chain, is seeking a skilled and result-driven Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and drive sales of products and services.

· Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing users (farmers and processors) across the agricultural value chain.

· Conduct product demonstrations and service presentations for prospective clients.

· Manage the users (farmers and processors) onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sign-up to active engagement.

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve users' inquiries and provide consistent support throughout onboarding.

· Track and report client interactions, conversion rates, and onboarding metrics using CRM tools.

· Gather feedback from clients to improve the overall sales and onboarding experience.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and users (farmers and processors) onboarding goals monthly.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.

· 2–3 years' experience in sales, user onboarding, or customer success (preferably within the agri-business, SaaS, or B2B space).

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
