Technical Assistant to the Coordinating Director

About our client

Our Client is an established gas company with a mission to leverage Nigeria's abundant natural gas resources to drive economic development. They are looking for a highly skilled Technical Assistant to the Coordinating Director. This role provides critical support in research, analysis, presentations, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the
Coordinating Director
is equipped for effective decision-making and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Translate technical documents and presentations into clear, nontechnical material for the CD.
  • Collate and integrate technical reports with other business reports for executive use.
  • Conduct research and provide market intelligence, trend analysis, and decision-support data.
  • Prepare presentation packs, briefing notes, and reports for the
    CD
    .
  • Provide administrative and technical support during
    CD
    's meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on technical matters and provide understandable feedback to the
    CD
    and other executives.
  • Coordinate meetings hosted by the
    CD
    , ensuring tools, data, and logistics are in place.

Qualification & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,

  • Up to 7-10 years' work experience, with at least 5 years in Upstream Oil & Gas (technical or commercial).
  • Must hold a valid international passport and be ready for domestic and international travel at short notice.
