Tribitat Real Estate is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our growing finance team in Lekki. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, analytical mindset, and hands-on experience with daily financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and review invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Qualification

  • B.Sc. in Accounting or related field.
  • NYSC discharge certificate (must have completed service).
  • 2–3 years relevant accounting experience (accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or finance role).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must reside in or around Lekki — applications outside this area will not be considered. (No accommodation please)
