JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Business Unit: Sales & Marketing

Collaboration: All Departments

Reports To: National Sales & Marketing Manager

Industry: FMCG

Location: Abuja & Kano

Cognate Experience: 6-8years

General Objective

Ensuring that the entire sales management procedures and operations is been achieved in the entire region. And ensures that each team reaches its target, ranging from customers to the total sales made in a quarter.

To partner with the KEY Distributors, Sub dealers, wholesalers in the designated Region in order to ensure smooth workflow and healthy business working environment between the company and its respective parties as mentioned above.

Responsibilities

· Creating regional sales plan and quotas in alignment with business objectives.

· Evaluating store and individual performance forecast quarterly and annual profits.

· Address potential problems and suggest prompt solution.

· Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.

· Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.

· Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.

Competence & Skills Required

· Proven work experience as a regional sales manager, area sales manager or similar senior sales role

· Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.

· Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong organizational skills with problem solving attitude.

· Understanding of store operations.

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills

· Market Knowledge

· Ability to Multitask

· Excellent Analytical skills
