ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Technical Assistant who will support our sales, marketing, and media production activities. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, creative, organized, and passionate about helping a fast-growing real estate company execute at a high level.

You will work directly with leadership to manage content creation, video production, marketing tasks, client follow-ups, and general operations support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Video Production & Media Support

  • Shoot and edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Set up lighting, microphones, and recording equipment during shoots.
  • Manage raw footage, storage, and backups.
  • Create short-form clips, captions, subtitles, and engaging edits.
  • Assist with live videos, webinars, and virtual presentations.

2. Sales Support

  • Help with client enquiries, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Attend site inspections and record high-quality videos/photos when required.
  • Track daily sales activities, appointments, and team performance.

3. Marketing & Digital Operations

  • Assist in executing social media content calendars.
  • Prepare flyers, banners, and simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Upload content across all digital platforms and ensure timely posting.
  • Track engagement, leads, and basic analytics.
  • Support email marketing, WhatsApp broadcasts, and campaign execution.

4. General Technical & Administrative Support

  • Stay updated on new tools, apps, and tech that improve workflow.
  • Help organize files, documents, and digital assets.
  • Take notes during meetings and follow up on deliverables.
  • Assist in research, reporting, and preparing weekly progress updates.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments and external vendors.

REQUIREMENTSTechnical Skills

  • Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools).
  • Understands lighting, camera setup, and audio.
  • Familiarity with social media trends, short-form content, and reels.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Innovative, creative, and solution-driven.
  • Able to multitask and deliver under pressure.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales & marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • OND in any relevant field (Media, Communications, Marketing, Business etc.) is an advantage but not compulsory.
  • 1–3 years experience in video editing, marketing, or assistant roles preferred.
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
