As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for a smart, organized, and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests.

LOCATION: SANGOTEDO

Job Summary:

As our Receptionist, you'll set the tone for each guest's experience. You'll handle reservations, greet guests warmly, and manage the flow of arrivals and seating. Your professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail will help ensure that every visit runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming first impression.
  • Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries politely and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the service and management teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
  • Keep the reception and entrance area clean and inviting at all times.
  • Handle guest feedback and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain records of bookings and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front-of-house staff in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, polished, and professional appearance.
  • Comfortable using phones, booking systems, or POS software (training can be provided).
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented.
