Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist who will primarily handle incoming phone calls and enquiries regarding the organization's address, products, and services. The role focuses on ensuring that every caller and visitor receives accurate information about the organization and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and professionally manage all incoming phone calls.
  • Attend to enquiries related to the company's location, product offerings, and general information.
  • Keep accurate records of all calls, enquiries, complaints, and transferred calls.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly enquiry reports.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide clear guidance and information to walk-in visitors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Manage basic administrative duties such as message taking, email communication, and data entry.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between callers/visitors and internal staff.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a receptionist, front desk, or call-handling role.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette.
  • Ability to manage multiple calls and enquiries efficiently.
  • Good reporting and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
