ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Relationship Manager / Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the brand's social media presence, executing content strategies, supporting event communications, and fostering strong relationships with guests, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
This role blends content creation, community engagement, customer relations, and event coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content & Social Media Management
- Develop, plan, and manage content calendars aligned with brand objectives and scheduled events.
- Create engaging content including copy, graphics, reels, and stories across social media platforms.
- Manage daily operations of all social media accounts while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare reports with clear recommendations.
Community & Customer Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and messages across digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and partner brands.
- Follow up on event inquiries, bookings, and prospective leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and other platforms.
Event Coordination & Ecosystem Engagement
- Maintain and update the internal event calendar in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Track ecosystem-wide events and identify collaboration opportunities.
- Share event updates with relevant internal stakeholders, indicating event status (upcoming, pending, or closed).
- Distribute event flyers and related materials to partners and internal teams as required.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly reports for management review.
- Support the planning and execution of hosted events.
- Ensure timely follow-up, documentation, and tracking of all client and event-related communications.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management, community management, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand communication.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and similar content creation tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Creative, proactive, and capable of working independently and within a team.
- Proximity to Victoria Island and surrounding areas is an added advantage.
