- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Head to promote our B2B website and drive sales of our hotel and holiday packages. This is a strategic role that demands an individual with deep expertise in B2B sales and a strong grasp of the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to promote our B2B platform and achieve revenue goals.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and other partners.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
- Product Promotion: Highlight and communicate the unique selling points of our hotel and holiday packages to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance, market, and client feedback reports to senior management.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Training: Mentor and train junior sales team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a proven record of meeting targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, hotel and holiday packages, and B2B sales dynamics.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
