Overview

Cybertron Ads is hiring a Digital Media Executive (Sales) to drive advertiser acquisition and revenue growth across our digital and programmatic advertising solutions.

This is a performance-led role with very strong commission upside for top performers.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and close new advertisers and agencies
  • Sell digital, programmatic, and performance ad solutions
  • Manage and grow client accounts
  • Upsell, renew, and expand campaigns
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Work with internal teams to launch and manage campaigns

Who We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years experience in digital or media sales
  • Strong deal-closing and negotiation skills
  • Clear understanding of digital advertising
  • Comfortable working with targets and commissions
  • Self-driven, resilient, and commercially minded
