Job Summary

The Sustainability Community and Partnership Manager in the Agribusiness industry is responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives, building partnerships with community organizations, and driving positive social and environmental impact within the organization. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community members to promote sustainable practices and enhance the company's reputation as a responsible corporate citizen.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability management, community engagement, or partnership development.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Leadership, accountability, innovation, sustainability.
  • Knowledge of agribusiness industry trends and sustainability challenges.
  • Certifications in sustainability or related fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote social responsibility
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, NGOs, and other stakeholders to support sustainability goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations
  • Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and performance indicators
  • Lead community engagement initiatives and volunteer programs to support local communities
  • Manage corporate social responsibility programs and initiatives
