What You'll Lead

You'll be responsible for building the kind of community that surrounds and amplifies the brand — through partnerships, outreach, activations, and visibility-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Outreach

  • Identify and approach aligned brands, boutiques, creatives, communities, and partners
  • Pitch and secure at least
    one meaningful partnership per month
  • Manage relationship-building across PR, talent, retail, and cultural spaces

Community & Visibility

  • Grow brand visibility through aligned events, collaborations, influencers, and micro-communities
  • Oversee at least
    one brand activation
    within the 3-month period
  • Support content planning with the Social Lead based on your outreach

Sales & Growth Contribution

  • Drive
    DTC or event-related sales
    through your initiatives
  • Secure
    new wholesale or retail contacts
    (commissions apply)

Reporting & Communication

  • Submit weekly progress reports
  • Join monthly performance check-ins
