Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Beach Ticket Agent. The responsibilities include assisting customers with ticket purchases, handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a streamlined ticketing process. The Beach Ticket Agent will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience while promoting ticket packages and facilitating sales transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Ticket Sales, managing reservations, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Must have nysc certificate or discharge certificate
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally and address client inquiries promptly
  • Experience and aptitude in Sales and building positive client relationships
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in ticketing systems or reservation platforms is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
