Candidates should have a strong background in B2B polymer sales, ideally within sectors such as FMCG, packaging, personal care, and industrial manufacturing. This is a great fit for individuals with prior experience at major distributors.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement regional sales strategiesIdentify and convert new business opportunities across industriesBuild and manage relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, plant heads, etc.)Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and post-sale supportMonitor market trends and competitor activityCoordinate with logistics for smooth product deliveries and documentationMaintain sales reports and pipelines using CRM and Excel tools.Candidate Requirements:4–5 years of sales experience in Polymer, industrial or specialty chemicalsSolid knowledge of products like IPA, Toluene, Acetone, MPG, etc.Existing network within relevant sectors (FMCG, paints, adhesives, cosmetics, etc.)Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Marketing, or related fieldStrong communication, negotiation, and reporting skillsCompensation:Attractive salary structure (negotiable based on experience)Transportation/fuel allowanceMobile phone supportRegular training and long-term career growth opportunities
