Job Title: Senior-Level Associate

Job Summary:

Bradfield Consulting Limited is recruiting for a reputable commercial law firm in Ikeja, Lagos, which is seeking a competent and driven mid-level associate with a minimum of 5 years post-call experience. The ideal candidate must be detail-orientated, business-minded, and capable of delivering high-quality legal support across diverse practice areas with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents.

Provide legal advisory services on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-structured legal opinions.

Represent clients at meetings, regulatory engagements, and court proceedings as required.

Manage case files, transactions, and client deliverables efficiently.

Support partners on complex matters and contribute to strategy development.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

LL.B and B.L with 8 years post-call experience.

Strong background in commercial law, corporate advisory, and transaction support.

Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple briefs.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
