Beyond standard HR functions, we are committed to shaping workplaces into thriving environments where people and businesses succeed together.We are in search of a full-time HR Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about people, loves structure, pays attention to detail, and is excited about understanding how HR systems, recruitment, and organisational processes come together to drive business success.The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and open-minded, someone who asks questions, takes initiative, and enjoys learning by doing. You will work directly with our HR consultants to gain exposure to every aspect of HR consulting, from recruitment and onboarding to policy development and employee engagement.Note: We are looking to bring in 3 HR interns as the team is expanding.Our work environmentWe operate a hybrid work schedule that allows employees to work from the office 3 times a week and remotely twice a week. As a growing team, we are particularly about collaborative effort and tracking actions that drive desired outcomes. We are result-oriented but do not shortchange the need for a thorough process that leads to the results. Whilst we take on the heavy lifting for our clients, we ensure that we have as much fun as possible while we do it. We are extremely focused on the vision and ensure that our daily actions align with the bigger picture.Location: IkoyiBenefits:Monthly performance bonusesQuarterly performance bonusesFlexible work environmentThe RoleAs an HR Intern, you will be tasked with the following;HR Consulting and Employee ManagementAssist in maintaining HR records, trackers, and client databases.Support consultants in preparing documentation such as offer letters, employee files, and HR reports.Learn how to administer leave calendars and support payroll documentation.Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes for client employees.HR Support and AdministrationReview client HR processes and recommend improvements that align with business objectives.Support the design of HR policies and systems tailored to client industries.Ensure alignment between HR systems, culture, and broader business strategy.Deliver practical HR solutions that go beyond compliance and enable long-term impact.Recruitment SupportAssist in sourcing and screening candidates across different industries.Help coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants.Learn to prepare job descriptions, job adverts, and recruitment reports.Support in building a candidate pipeline for future opportunities.Who You AreAn individual with a strong interest in building a career in HR.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in completing assigned tasks.Curious, enthusiastic, and willing to take on challenges.Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and basic Excel tools.
