Job Summary

As an HR Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive support across key human resources functions, contributing to both strategic initiatives and daily operations. Your role involved assisting with recruitment by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to ensure timely and effective hiring & maintaining accurate employee records and managing H

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment assistance: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Administrative tasks: Provide support with HR-related administrative tasks, such as filing and document management.
  • Employee onboarding: Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Policy development: Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Research and analysis: Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics, such as employee engagement, retention, and benefits.
  • Special projects: Assist with special projects, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and events.

Requirements:

  • Education: OND, HND, BSC
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • HR knowledge: Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
