Job Summary:

We are seeking a
dedicated and professional Front Office Supervisor/Manager
to oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, and maintain smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and able to lead a team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all front office activities, including reception, reservations, and guest services.
  • Ensure that all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service at all times.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of front office personnel.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Monitor room occupancy, check-ins/check-outs, and ensure accuracy of guest records and billing.
  • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling, billing procedures, and daily financial reports.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Ensure front office areas are neat, well-organized, and welcoming to guests.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of
    3–5 years' experience
    in a front office or guest service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, Cloud PMS, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
