Job Position: Personal Assistant & Social Media Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Saturday (one day off)

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and child-friendly Personal Assistant & Social Media Manager to support the CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks while managing the brand's online presence.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about children's activities, possesses strong digital content creation skills, and enjoys bringing creative ideas to life.
  • You will work closely with the CEO to manage schedules, coordinate personal and business tasks, and manage the social media page. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Administrative & Personal Support:

  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle personal tasks, errands, and confidential administrative responsibilities.
  • Coordinate communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails and follow-ups.
  • Assist with planning and organizing meetings, activities, and project timelines.

Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Create engaging visual and written content for social media platforms.
  • Manage online pages, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely posting.
  • Track engagement, trends, and insights to optimize content performance.
  • Support the design of graphics, presentations, and digital materials using Canva or similar tools.

Children-Focused Activities & Creative Support:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating children's events, activities, and programs (ages 4–12).
  • Provide creative input for child-friendly content, visuals, and storytelling.
  • Help source educational, recreational, and developmental materials for children-related projects.
  • Support event logistics, branding, and execution.

General Support:

  • Organize and maintain digital files and creative assets.
  • Conduct research to support creative, administrative, and brand-related initiatives.
  • Help ensure consistency in brand presentation across all materials and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and team on special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or personal assistance.
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an advantage.
  • Strong creativity, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural interest in children and child-focused activities.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a high level of discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary

N150,000 Monthly.
