We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our senior executive. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels at managing complex schedules, demonstrating strong communication skills, and possesses a creative flair, particularly in graphic design. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, organizational, and creative tasks, including:
Executive Support & Administration:
- Manage and maintain the executive's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel logistics (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, detailed itineraries).
- Handle correspondence, screen calls, and manage emails, drafting responses as appropriate.
- Prepare expense reports and manage petty cash or budget tracking.
Task Management & Project Coordination:
- Implement and maintain a robust task management system (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion) to track executive and personal projects, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, anticipating needs and proactively ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
Creative & Design Support:
- Utilize graphic design proficiency to create professional internal and external documents, presentations (e.g., PowerPoint/Keynote), and social media content.
- Design and format basic marketing collateral, newsletters, or internal communications templates consistent with branding.
- Maintain digital asset organization (photos, files, designs).
Personal Support & Errands:
- Run personal errands, manage household services (as needed), and coordinate personal appointments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality concerning all business, personal, and financial matters.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar support role.
- Organizational Mastery: Proven, expert-level proficiency in task management methodologies and software (mentioning specific tools is a plus). Must demonstrate an innate ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Graphic Design Skills: Demonstrable proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva Pro) to produce high-quality, professional materials.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and articulate demeanor.
