is seeking a highly competent and proactive
Personal Assistant
to provide executive and operational support across multiple ventures. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic right-hand, ensuring seamless coordination of business and personal affairs, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate appointments, and prioritize schedules.
- Prepare reports, briefs, and presentations for internal and external engagements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records for multiple ventures.
2. Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Organize domestic and international travel, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
- Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries and ensure all logistics run smoothly.
3. Meeting & Event Management
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare agendas, collate reports, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
4. Research & Strategic Support
- Conduct research on diverse business and personal topics.
- Prepare analytical reports, summaries, and briefing documents for decision-making.
5. Project & Task Management
- Support project execution across multiple business ventures.
- Track deliverables, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
6. Personal & Lifestyle Management
- Handle personal errands and household administration for the principal.
- Support personal commitments to maintain work-life balance.
7. Confidentiality & Discretion
- Exercise utmost discretion in managing sensitive business and personal information.
- Ensure all communications, files, and records are handled securely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- 2–5 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or entrepreneurs managing multiple ventures is an added advantage.
- Highly organized, reliable, and resourceful.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Discreet, loyal, and committed to excellence.
- Organization & Multitasking:
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Proactive Problem-Solving:
Anticipates needs, identifies challenges, and executes solutions independently. - Communication Excellence:
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft and edit documents with clarity and professionalism. - Attention to Detail:
