A distinguished serial entrepreneur with a diversified portfolio spanning the built environment, hospitality, and management sectors is seeking a highly competent and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across multiple business ventures and personal affairs.

The Personal Assistant will deliver high-level executive support, managing complex schedules, orchestrating seamless travel and logistics, handling confidential communications, and conducting strategic research. This role requires exceptional organizational capabilities, superior multitasking abilities, absolute discretion, and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing both professional and personal responsibilities to ensure the principal's efficiency and success.

**Responsibilities**

Calendar & Scheduling Coordination

* Proactively manage and coordinate a complex, frequently changing schedule, prioritizing appointments and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance for meetings and engagements.

* Anticipate scheduling conflicts and provide solutions to optimize the principal's time across multiple business interests.

Travel & Logistics Management

* Plan, book, and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries for the principal and key stakeholders.

* Ensure seamless execution of all travel logistics with contingency planning for potential disruptions.

Communication & Correspondence Handling

* Serve as the primary point of contact, screening and managing emails, phone calls, and all forms of correspondence with professionalism.

* Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the principal, maintaining their voice and standards.

Research & Strategic Information Gathering

* Conduct comprehensive research on various business topics, market trends, and opportunities across multiple sectors.

* Gather, analyze, and compile relevant information from diverse sources into organized reports, presentations, and briefing documents.

Meeting & Event Organization

* Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events across multiple business entities, preparing agendas, collating reports, and documenting minutes.

* Track and follow up on action points to ensure timely completion and accountability.

Administrative & Office Operations

* Execute administrative responsibilities including filing, data entry, database maintenance, and managing office systems across multiple business ventures.

* Implement and maintain efficient organizational systems to support seamless operations.

Project & Task Oversight

* Support the principal by overseeing specific projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

* Provide regular status updates and flag potential issues proactively.

Personal Support & Lifestyle Management

* Assist with personal errands, household management tasks, and other personal responsibilities to support the principal's work-life balance.

* Handle personal appointments, family logistics, and lifestyle coordination as needed.

Confidentiality & Discretion

* Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive business, financial, and personal information at all times.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related field is highly preferred.

* 2–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.

* Demonstrated experience supporting executives managing multiple business interests is an advantage.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the principal professionally across all interactions.

* Outstanding organizational abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple complex tasks, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.

* Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and independently develop solutions before issues arise.

* High adaptability and multitasking capability to pivot quickly between diverse responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* Tech-savvy with proficiency in various software applications, digital productivity tools, and data management systems.

* Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and preventing errors in all aspects of work.

* Absolute discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential company and personal information.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.

* Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards.

* Flexible and willing to accommodate occasional work outside regular business hours to meet the principal's needs.

* Professional demeanor with excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
