About our client
Our Client, a dynamic and fast-growing faith-based organization, seeks a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant and
Ministry Executive Assistant
to provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the Lead Pastor. The role requires exceptional discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across ministry, organizational, and personal functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Lead Pastor in managing daily schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
• Coordinate workflow across all ministry arms, church programmes, and organizational functions.
• Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, ministry teams, vendors, and partners.
• Assist in coordinating publishing, media, and broadcast activities (website, social media, TV, etc.).
• Handle confidential correspondence, prepare briefings, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables.
• Provide hands-on assistance with ministry projects, events, and special assignments.
• Support with personal tasks, errands, and operational planning to ensure smooth day-to-day management.
Qualifications & Competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in executive or pastoral support roles is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
• Oversee ministry operations, programmes, and reporting across all departments and affiliate organizations.
• Coordinate policies, agendas, and communication between internal teams, partners, and leadership.
• Manage church programmes, special events, and stakeholder relationships, including members, vendors, and external partners.
• Supervise and align the work structures of ministry teams to ensure effective delivery and accountability.
• Oversee publishing, media broadcasts (website, social media, TV), and branding initiatives.
• Support project management, outreach, and ministry events from planning to execution.
• Provide leadership and supervision for parishes, staff, and ministry workers.
