Job Description: Brand & Communications Executive - Technology

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Brand & Communications Executive to help shape and amplify Wragby's voice in the market. This role is key in telling our story, building brand equity, and creating meaningful engagement with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and evolve Wragby's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (digital, print, events) and locations

· Manage brand guidelines, ensuring internal teams and partners use them correctly.

· Work with cross-functional teams to infuse brand positioning into product launches, campaigns, and events.

· Craft compelling thought-leadership content, press releases, case studies, newsletters, and blog posts.

· Develop key messaging frameworks that align with Wragby's vision, solutions, and go-to-market strategy.

· Support corporate communications and employer branding strategies to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.

· Pitch stories, secure media coverage, and support PR campaigns to position Wragby's leadership in the market.

· Monitor media trends and competitor coverage, providing insights and recommendations.

· Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.

· Manage social media channels and develop brand campaigns to increase engagement and visibility.

· Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling assets that communicate key messages.

· Track, measure, and report the impact of communications initiatives (brand awareness, share of voice, engagement).

Key Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

· 3+ years' experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, or marketing communications preferably in B2B SaaS, or related industries.

· Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for executive and digital audiences.

· Hands-on experience with PR coordination, media relations, and brand marketing campaigns.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management and email marketing platforms

· Creative mindset with strong visual and verbal communication skills.

· Tech-savvy and comfortable working with marketing tools

· Agency experience could be an added advantage

· Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams.

· Creative design and video editing basics are a plus.
