2. Partnership & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and strategic partners.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and international business forums.
- Negotiate agreements, contracts, and terms with local partners.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive international sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and tenders tailored to different regions.
- Monitor and report on global sales performance, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
4. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure compliance with local laws, trade regulations, and international standards.
- Oversee documentation for exports, imports, and cross-border business activities.
- Mitigate risks related to political, financial, or regulatory issues.
5. Cross-Cultural Leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal, finance) to ensure seamless international execution.

- Support recruitment and training of local representatives where needed.
6. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and assess market entry barriers.

7. Project & Budget Management
- Manage budgets for international expansion projects.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
- Ensure return on investment (ROI) for global initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
- MBA would be an added advantage
- Articulate in presentations
- At least 10 years in sales with 5 in management
