About the Role

Primarily responsible for leading and managing the entire company's marketing and brand management.

Lead the marketing team in achieving the company's strategic marketing and brand objectives.

Ensure effective and innovative marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a Marketing Communication Agency or a reputable FMCG organization.

Proven experience in marketing communication, brand management, digital marketing, and leading cross-functional teams.

Membership in recognized marketing professional bodies (e.g., Chartered Institute or Marketing (CIM), National Institute of Marketing (NIMN), etc.) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities


•  Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and increase market share.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure brand consistency and marketing effectiveness.

· Oversee the development and management of the brand strategy, ensuring all initiatives align with the company's overall goals.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to refine and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

· Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.

· Guide the team in creating and executing digital marketing strategies, content development and social media engagement.

· Oversee the creative direction and ensure brand consistency across all marketing material and campaigns.

· Allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROl while achieving targeted KPIs.

· Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and performance-drive culture.

Prepare and present regular marketing reports and analyses to senior management, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
