Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving product sales, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across all Hamthel product lines — including real estate, paints, solar/CCTV systems, smart locks, and cosmetics. The ideal candidate is result-driven, proactive, and passionate about selling quality products that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads into active customers across assigned regions and product categories.
  • Promote and sell the company's diverse product lines (Real Estate, Paints, Solar, CCTV, Smart Locks, Cosmetics, etc.) to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, agents, and key clients.
  • Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and gather market intelligence for strategy improvement.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and Strategy to execute expansion and distribution plans across Nigeria.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and follow-up.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conversion of qualified leads into successful sales.
  • Retention and growth of assigned customer accounts.
  • Expansion of market presence through onboarding new customers or distributors.
  • Balanced sales performance across multiple Hamthel product lines.
  • Timely and accurate submission of reports and activity updates.
  • Positive customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
  • Active participation in team meetings, strategy sessions, and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (FMCG, Real Estate, Cosmetics, or Technology product sales preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer needs in multiple product categories.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must be confident, persuasive, and performance-oriented.
