Our client in the hospitality sector is seeking a versatile, energetic, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, penetrate new markets, and deliver on the brand's promise of exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales & Marketing Manager across all sales and marketing activities.
  • Organize and participate in site visits; handle follow-up actions and documentation.
  • Sell, support, and advise clients on all aspects of events.
  • Promote the property's attractions and drive brand visibility across all platforms.
  • Build client lists and conduct surveys to identify potential guests.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls or meetings to understand their needs.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals showcasing the hotel's offerings.
  • Provide clients with service options, pricing, and applicable discounts.
  • Assist clients in selecting services that match their needs and expectations.
  • Oversee booking and reservation processes to ensure availability and proper arrangements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest experiences.
  • Monitor service quality to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to obtain feedback and explore future opportunities.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Marketing, or a customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Management, or related field.
  • Strong digital marketing skills with relevant certifications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong time-management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to take initiative.
  • Proven experience exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva (desirable).
  • Experience with Opera or similar database systems (desirable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦300,000.00 per month
