About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced, results-driven sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, crafting and maintaining client relationships, and guiding buyers and sellers through the property transaction process. They will play a key role in achieving sales targets, marketing properties, and providing expert advice on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this fast-paced and rewarding position.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Lead Generation
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Property Listings: Present, promote, and creatively market available properties to potential buyers or renters through video presentations on Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube, open houses, and property tours.
  • Sales Process: Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process from property selection to closing, including documentation and legal formalities.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on real estate market trends, pricing, and comparable property values to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to help reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Documentation: Ensure accuracy and completeness in all documentation (CRM, contracts, agreements, and other transaction-related paperwork).
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all members of the team to streamline sales operations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and local real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • BSC. in Marketing Business Administration or similar
  • 2+ Years of real estate sales experience
