ABOUT THE ROLE

The Architect will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of architectural and interior projects from concept development and technical detailing to site supervision and quality control.

You will bridge the gap between design intent and real-life execution, ensuring every project reflects excellence, accuracy, and premium craftsmanship.

You will develop concepts, prepare detailed architectural drawings, create 3D visuals, coordinate with teams, and personally follow up on-site to ensure flawless implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design & Concept Development

• Develop architectural and interior concepts for diverse project types
• Prepare space plans, layouts, mood boards, presentations, and concept packages
• Create 3D visualisations to communicate design intent clearly

2. Technical Detailing & Documentation

• Produce full sets of detailed technical drawings (plans, elevations, joinery details, sections, ceilings, lighting, etc.)
• Prepare specifications, finishing schedules, material lists, and technical documentation.
• Create complete architectural documentation for approval and site implementation.
• Ensure drawings are coordinated with structural, MEP, and other consultants.

3. Site Execution Supervision

• Follow through on-site to ensure designs and details are executed accurately.
• Interpret technical drawings to site teams and artisans.
• Inspect works daily to ensure quality, alignment, and material correctness.
• Identify errors early and provide immediate corrective direction.
• Supervise joinery, tiling, partitions, ceilings, finishing works, and all other installations.

4. Project Leadership, Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain responsibility for the assigned project from design to completion.
• Prepare
  daily site reports,
  including:

Work done

Deviations

Corrections

Progress photos

Materials used

Next-day action plan

• Coordinate with procurement, vendor teams, and contractors.
• Support management with weekly technical reports and documentation.
• Ensure project deadlines, standards, and specifications are consistently met.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 6–8 years of experience covering design, detailing, and site execution.
• Strong portfolio showing interiors, architectural detailing, and real project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion and related software.
• Deep knowledge of construction methodology, materials, and finishing standards.
• Strong understanding of joinery, lighting, tiling, MEP coordination, and site sequencing.
• Ability to produce drawings that translate smoothly to site execution.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Must be proactive, accountable, structured, and able to work independently.
